Karen Campana, pleasure to meet you!!

I am a multilingual professional, educator and digital content creator with over 10 years’ experience across administration, education, content marketing and project management, with a career built between Brazil and the United Kingdom. I am a native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English and Spanish, with practical knowledge of Italian, which allows me to work strategically, sensitively and effectively with intercultural communication. I am currently studying for a Master’s degree in International Business Management at London Metropolitan University, expanding my global perspective and strengthening my expertise in operations, digital marketing and international business strategies. Throughout my professional journey, I have consistently worked in administrative management, finance, fiscal documentation, compliance and office coordination, always with a strong focus on organisation, efficiency and process improvement. Education is the foundation of my career. I hold a degree in Portuguese Language and Literature (UEL), a second degree in Pedagogy, and postgraduate qualifications in Portuguese Language, Literacy and Language Development. In Brazil, I worked for approximately seven years as a teacher in the public education system and also in distance higher education. Education has always been, for me, a space of listening, exchange and transformation, and it remains one of my greatest passions. Bringing together teaching, communication and the digital world, I founded E AÍ?, an online platform offering Portuguese lessons, courses and content for foreigners. I developed the entire project independently, deepening my knowledge of content creation, user experience, engagement and strategic digital presence. I have also created and hosted projects such as Brasileiros Pelo Mundo and CompartilhAres, and I am a co-presenter on the YouTube channel Noutro País, spaces where I share real stories about immigration, identity and life outside Brazil. These projects strengthened my skills in storytelling, audiovisual production, content strategy and digital project management. I am deeply committed to social impact. I have worked with CUFA (Central Única das Favelas) in both Brazil and the UK, leading community initiatives, educational projects and partnerships. In addition, my voluntary work with a local church, events, cultural activities and educational actions, further developed my experience in leadership, planning and teamwork. Today, I place all of this experience, education, management, communication and international living, at the service of people and projects seeking organisation, clarity, strategic digital presence and intercultural connection. Here, I share what I have learned (and continue to learn) in practice, with sensitivity, structure and purpose.
